I am one of the deckhands on the Local Motion Bike Ferry. I remember Ken walking out to the ferry dock regularly to say hello. Everyone enjoyed his company. When a donation came in to Local Motion in his memory, it alerted us to his passing, and all the ferry crew were sad to hear of it. My condolences to his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
