I am glad to hear that Ellen was able to remain at home through the end of her life. Ellen, and the whole Deo family are special to my family. Ellen (and Darci) took care of our two children when they were small, providing lots of love, good food and great activities. Lisa, Tony and Darci and family, take good care as you adjust to this difficult loss.

Thank you to my Mom for choosing me sight unseen and loving me before you ever held me. Thank you for being my Mom first but my best friend and confidante too. To my beautiful sister Ellen, farewell for now. I will always remember you as full of happiness and wit. You were alway the first to lighten the mood with a joke or a hug or a pat on the shoulder. My childhood memories are filled with you in them, always a few steps away and always there to help guide us in the right direction.
On the day I decided to join the Navy, I called you from Houston Tx. to get all the brothers and sisters birth dates and you knew them off the top of your head. Beautiful, super smart, positive and kind to everyone...that was my sister Ellen. Until we meet again, keep the family on the other side entertained for us as you did here on Earth.
