While there are no words or actions that will take away your pain, we hope you are surrounded by much love and support at this difficult time. Know that God cares about your grief and tears (Psalms 56:8). May the light from God's Word be a guide and comfort through the darkness of your loss (2 Corinthians 1:3,4).

I want to lighten the mood for a moment. Last year I went in to get my inspection done. When I walked in, Gary was sitting there with a purple cast. I forgot the reason he broke his leg, but he was sitting there with his friends, including Emil, Boomer and Al. He started to devise a plan to get the cast off. He said it had been 3 weeks too *bleeping* long! I asked how long he had been wearing it and he said "Three damn weeks!" Everyone in the room advised him not to remove it, But Gary had a strong will to free his leg... He asked for many tools from the shop and help from Boomer, which slowed up my visit at the shop. It was all worth hanging out with this bunch and having some good laughs. About an hour later, with sips of coffee in between, he managed to get the cast off. I helped him put on his brace.
He was a great guy underneath what everyone physically saw. We will miss you Gary *Hummer*
Sending my condolences to his family and friends

We are so, so very sorry to hear about Gary Mears having passed away yesterday. Bobby and I knew Gary for a long amount of years. I went to school with Gary as well, we grew up together. We always saw him around town, helped him out whenever he needed assistance. Gary has so many friends that he will be missed by many, this is so sad. However, Gary is in a better place now - one where he has no more anguish, no more pain, no more searching. Jesus has called Gary home to stand by at his side, at peace at last. Prayers, thoughts and condolences to all who knew and loved Gary, to his family, and to his many friends.
In loving memory
From - Bobby, Cindy, Bailey and Brandon Lefebvre
