I am so very sorry to read of your family’s loss. It is lovingly apparent that Mr. Ortero was loved, very much. During tragic times like this, I draw comfort from 1 Cor. 15:25, which tells us how God feels . . . about death: “The last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.” This helps us to see that death is not a part of life, because God refers to it as our ‘enemy.’ As a result, at Acts 24:15, God promises there will be a resurrection, of our loved ones who’ve fallen asleep in death—back to life—on a paradise earth. It's been a long time Jacob and Lisa. I'm so sorry for your loss. I will always remember Odie as a dear friend. We had some good times together years ago. I am truly saddened by this. Dear Odie's Family and Friends,
I am so sorry for your loss.
I was in shock when I heard of Odies's passing. I was talking about him a few weeks back with a friend. I have great HS memories with the gang at my parents house. Swimming in the pool, playing cards, or quarters. He did this thing, all he time. In class, the hallways or out and about. With a circle made with fingers and would say" Caught"...
To this day not sure what it meant.

I am so very sorry to hear this. I did not know him but I was very close to his mother growing up. She is one year younger then me.
