Our hearts are with you all. Gwen was a wonderful inspiration and great role model. She was so sweet to take Katie and Cody on a cross country trip, giving them lifelong memories that will live on in their hearts. I enjoyed keeping up with her on Facebook. She had amazing energy! I feel honored to have met her. I’m so sorry for your loss.

Gwen will be missed by friends and family alike. I remember her for so many things especially all the time I spent at her house when I was a kid. She was a great lady.

My memories of Gwen are from the 1970s, when she graciously opened her home to me and my infant son. Her warm smile, and delicious meals over a weekend made it one to remember. Her sweet spirit was appreciated. My sincere condolences to her family on her passing.

To all the family and friends,
Gwen's passing was a great loss to us all, but she is not suffering anymore. She chose her own release from these earthly bonds. I worked with her many nights for many years as well as our friendship outside of work. I will miss her greatly. Many of our patients called her "old iron pants" and I was "southern comfort".We had fun and worked together as a team.
