I am so sorry about Polly's passing. but she certainly had a long and very well spent Life.
I knew Polly only for the last 12 years, since my mother Arlene Lavigne moved into the Apartments at Gazebo Apartments adjacent to Polly, immediately after our Dad, Paul Lavigne died of a sudden Hear Attack at 90 years old. Our Mom and Polly became friends very quickly, and I would always have nice conversations with Polly on my 3 or 4 times a year 4 day visits from my home in Virginia to stay with and visit with Mom at the major Holidays of the Year. Mom and I would make trips out to visit my 5 other brothers and sisters at their homes in Vermont, and also always to Ray Allen Farms' Petting Zoo to see the Apple Orchids and taste the Maple flavored Creamies every year, and we always talked to Polly about this, and about her many of years living among her friends on " The Islands " in Vermont. Polly's memories were always SO SHARP about all of this!! AND Polly was always So Nice to my Mom and to the other residents there, even as her AGE reached 100 Years Old!!
And now Polly has left us to be with her God in Heaven!!
