I sincerely regret the loss of a fellow classmate. Peter and Bill lived an actual stones throw away, and although we did not hang out outside of school, we were often walking to school by the same route, and at the same time. We sat in the same classes, and I respected Peter’s hardworking, and studious nature. I was only present during the junior and senior years at Thomaston High, and was not very outgoing to make new friendship acquaintances outside of school activities. Peter was always kind and considerate to me. I was glad to meet him once again at our Washington, Maine reunion. I’m glad that he had a full life, and has lots of family to keep his memories alive. He is missed and well remembered by me. May you all find peace and comfort in knowing that Peter has gone to well earned eternal rest.
Very sorry for your loss,
John A. Morrison

I’m so sorry to read about Pete’s passing. I worked several years with him in the meat dept. at Grand Union. He would bring Sunday breakfast from McDonald’s and a smile. My condolences to his family.

Pete and I worked together. He as GU meat manager and I as his McKenzie rep. In a work capacity, we were friends. He was a great guy. I’m very sorry for your loss.

Dear Shirley and Family !
So sad to hear of Pete’s pasting. I’ll always remember our 30+ years on Poor Farm Road . Especially him walking back and forth from Cyr Lumber and stopping to chat with the kids playing or catching up with neighbors. Always had a smile on his face.
RIP Pete

I am truly sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of working with Pete for many years. I was always very glad to see him around town and chat. Pete always smiling, made others around him smile. To be around him was calming, his energy comforting. In so many ways an example for others. To his family, my heartfelt sympathy.

I will plant a tree here in my Brothers home town, Thomaston Maine. It will be not far from the home we grew up in.
