Obituary of Christopher Herbert McCuin

Christopher Herbert McCuin, 67, passed away on March 6, 2021 at home
with his loving family by his side. Chris was born in Burlington, VT
on April 21, 1953. Chris was a farmer for many years and remained one
in heart always enjoying driving his tractor and working outside.
Chris began his second career with Ben & Jerry’s until his retirement
in 2013.

Chris was preceded in death by his father Edmund McCuin and his mother
Joyce McCuin.

Chris is survived by his wife Pauline (Toof) McCuin whom he married on
September 29, 1979, their two sons Justin McCuin (and partner Jessica
Cogswell) and Lance McCuin (and partner Megan Mallon), and his dearly
loved granddaughter Nyla McCuin.

Chris was a loving husband, father, Grandpa, friend, and dog lover. He
was always there to help and light up any room with his humor and
charisma. He enjoyed spending his summers at their camp on Lake
Champlain with family and friends as well as his beloved dogs.

In accordance with Chris’s wishes, there will be no services.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Franklin
County Humane Society 30 Sunset Meadows St. Albans VT, or to Franklin
county Hospice Care 3 Home Health Circle St. Albans VT.
