It was my pleasure to have had Brian as a student in my Automotive Technology class at the Essex Technical Center when he was a high school junior and senior. Brian was smart and extremely interested and inquisitive about anything the instructors taught. It was easy to see he was headed for a career in automotive of some kind. I am delighted that he found something that he sincerely and passionately enjoyed in building and maintaining race cars. I ran into Brian several times over the years at car shows and he always thanked me for everything I taught him and particularly pointed out theories and techniques that he in turn taught others in automotive as well as at Hazelett.I thank him for that and will miss him very much.

Cindy,
I never met you, but knew Brian. Brian worked on my husbad's race car when he was a teenager. The both lived in Milton. Daviid twent on to race for 28 years. He had so many nice things to say about Brian and the fun they had. I lost my David 4 1/2 years ago to Multipe Myeloma, he lived only 4 months after diagnoses. When someone says they know what you're going thrru, they don't, unless they have lost the love of their life. The racing community has lost a good man.
Please be well, I pray that you will find comfort of your friends, and take time to be alone when you need to, because you will. The process is on going and long, I'm still processing.
Sincerely,
Leslie Gibbs
