Just learned today of Thom’s passing. Our deepest sympathies to the McNeil family. Thom was the first person we met when we moved to Lovers Lane 24 years ago. We still have his card welcoming us to “Fay Hill”. He ventured out on a freezing winter night to help us put a tarp on our roof when we lost shingles in a wind storm. He was a kind and caring neighbor while he lived next door. Always a smile and a helping hand. Sent a Christmas card every year from Thom and the “critters”. He will be missed. So sorry for your loss of such a great guy. I'll never forget the first time I saw him on the ferry and said to him"I know you". It was because of his great smile and resemblance to his brother Brian!
