I will remember Charlotte for her quiet demure and sense of humor. She was a constant figure, quietly sitting in the back of the room, soaking up as much knowledge as she could at our VMCTA Conferences. Traveling north to the Enosburg Dairy barn and then south to the Lake Morey Inn attending these conferences like clock work as Treasurer for the Town of Westford. A highlight of that career had to have been when she was chosen by her peers as Vermont's Treasurer of the Year. Charlotte sometimes was a woman of few words, but she always had that glitter in her eye and warm hello for everyone. RIP, Charlotte.
