To Jayne and Lynn's Family - our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. Lynn was a brother to us from way back and through out the past 50 plus years. He was a best friend and Delaware Academy classmate since the 1960's. I had the privilege of playing on the DA Bulldog Football Team with Lynn and witness, first hand, his competitive drive and love of sports. During our four years of High School, Lynn and I forged a life long friendship and have kept in touch over the years, with valued assistance along the way from Jayne. I watched many NY Yankee Baseball games at Rex & Alice's house and can tell you that it was all good when the Yankees won, but when they lost.....not so much (smiles)!!! I cherish wonderful memories of those times on Prospect Street in Delhi, NY and at our class reunions, as well as with Jayne and Lynn in Vermont.
We pray that your memories will comfort and sustain you. Rest in peace Lynn.
With Love,
Steve & Sue Rosa

Jayne and Family,
So sorry to hear about Lynn's passing. We were so grateful to be able to spend some quality time with both Lynn and you over the past couple of years. Our prayers and memories will be with you. Lynn will be sorely missed at the future get togethers of the class. If at all possible, Phyllis and I hope that you will be able to attend the class reunions since I am sure all of us feel you are apart of the class now.
Take Care and God Bless - Phyllis (Meres) and Pete Dassler

The first time I met Lynn was when he and Jayne came into the RehabGYM to join when they moved to VT. Later that day I saw then again at Heritage Ford and we laughed about seeing one another. Then a couple of days later I saw them at Essex Alliance Church and I joked with them that they were stalking me. It is within those first few times meeting them that I knew we would be friends. Lynn and I shared a passion for the baseball and especially the New York Yankees and we bonded over their wins and losses many mornings while he was working out at the RehabGYM. Lynn and Jayne became very special to my wife Jackie and I and we were talking the other day I mentioned to Jackie that one tribute to Lynn and Jane is that if you knew one of them you knew the other. Regardless of whether you had ever met the other. Lynn spoke of Jayne with the glint in his eye of a young school boy with his first ever crush. I am sure that he loved Jayne more with each day that passed. I will miss our talks about the Yankees, faith, family, his coaching exploits and so many other things we shared when he would come to the RehabGYM or we would see each other at church. Jayne we can't hug you right now but when we can Jackie and I are going to give you the biggest hug we can. I already miss my friend but a smile is on my face because I know he has stood before Jesus and somehow if possible Lynn is wearing a Yankee shirt because after all the Yankees lost their last game of the season last year and he only wore Yankees gear after a loss. God Bless and with much love. Mike and Jackie Landsberg
