Obituary of Rebecca Anne Phipps

Rebecca Anne Phipps, 49 Passed away unexpectedly on May 7th, 2020 in Redlands California. Becky was born on February 6th,1971 in Meadow Brook, P.A. beloved daughter of Jack and Lois Phipps. She graduated from Milton High School in 1989. She enjoyed her work as cook and continued her love for culinary arts all the way up until she passed. Becky was predeceased by her father Jack Phipps. She is survived by her mother Lois Phipps, Her three daughters, Ultara Cardosi, Amanda White, and Trinity Welkar. Her grandchildren, Bradley Derosia, Annaleigh Derosia, and her two expecting grandsons. Her sister Jaimie Held and many nieces and nephews. Becky's fondest times were in nature with a fishing pole in her hand camping with her family. She was outgoing and made friends everywhere she went. She had a heart to help others, and always helped anybody anyway she could. The family would like to recognize the Set free church, “the Ranch” that brought Becky to her next steps in life. A special thanks to Minors Funeral Home in Milton for walking us through this process during these trying times. A celebration for Becky's life will be held at a later time.
