Our sincere condolences to Bob’s family. My husband, Ben Winters (Winterbottom then) went to grade school and high school with Bob. Ben has fond memories of Bob having dances in his basement which was attended by his neighborhood friends. We also worked with Bob at IBM. Bob was a gentle and kind soul, and a good friend. He will be missed.

I offer my deepest condolences to Bob's loved ones. I had the pleasure and privilege of getting to know Bob and Linda while working as a fitness trainer at a local gym. He was such a lovely, calm presence that showed consistent determination and endless curiosity, having an open mind and carrying a attitude of kindness and non-judgment, while showing a wicked sense of humor. I can only imagine how huge his loss is to his family and circle of friends. I'm so terribly sorry for your loss, one and all.
