Sorry to hear of your loss. I came up through cub scouts and boy scouts with Vic. His family called him Mel at home. His family were the salt of the earth, the kind of people who were always helping to build the community. I'm sure he will be missed. Rest in peace Vic.
I use to work with Vic when he worked for Wastewater Technologies, Inc. He was a great guy to work with. He always had a joyous attitude. Just an all around great guy. It is with sorrow to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family.

Beverly and family I would like to send my deepest sympathy to all. It was a great pleasure to serve with Vic. on the Brattleboro Union High School Board. Vic was always very thoughtful for the entire community when he was making decision. The district and community lost a wonderful hard worker when you moved north. Our lost was there gain. It is hard to believe he will be a shining star shining down on us now.

Bev, I am so sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed Vic’s “gift of gab” and will miss him and Frank prattling on long past their break time! I will miss hunting with him, but mostly his smile and upbeat attitude. Rest In Peace Vic.
