Obituary of James Arthur Trudell Sr.

Milton – James Arthur Trudell Sr., 77, died unexpectedly on Wednesday September 18, 2019 at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington.

Jim was born on April 8, 1942 in Berkshire, the son of Armand and Doris (Richards) Trudell.

He loved to hunt, golf, camp and spend time with his family.

Jim had been employed at Mountain Transit and First Student for over 40 years as a mechanic and driver.

He was married to Linda Miller on June 15, 1968 in Burlington.

He is survived by his wife Linda of Milton and their children James Trudell II and his wife Amy of Franklin, Jody Trudell of Starksboro, Benjamin Trudell and his wife Amanda of Alburgh and Scott Trudell of Milton.  He is also survived by his grandchildren Colby, Jordan, Brianna, Matigan, Cole, Brayden and Brody Trudell and his great granddaughters Briley and Paisley, by his sisters Mary Jane Parry of FL and Patsy Ann Bedard of Milton.

A celebration of Jim's life will be held for family and friends on Sunday October 6, 2019 from 1-4pm at the Milton Senior Center on Middle Road in Milton.
