Obituary of Wes Joel Isaac James Colon

Milton – Wes Joel Isaac James Colon, passed away unexpectedly Monday, Aug. 26, 2019 at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington. Just four months after his birth on April 3, 2019 to Jerry Colon and Oni Samuel-Colon, joining his big sister Ava Colon.

Despite his short time on Earth, he touched many lives and was beloved by all who met him. Wes brought immense joy to his family and will be forever remembered and loved by his parents, sister, 3 great grandparents, 5 grandparents, 4 uncles, 2 aunts, 9 godparents as well as numerous cousins, extended family and close friends.

A Funeral Service was held on Sunday Sept. 1, 2019 at 1pm at the Minor Funeral Home in Milton.
