As a past member of the Vermont PGR, I'm always saddened to learn of a Shipmate and fellow Veteran going on to rest in the arms of their Savior and the fact that I can no longer be there to escort them on their final journey. A few weeks ago, I came across a letter of thanks and recognition to Frank.
Frank was the first person I tapped to help with IT support when I came over to Burlington Police in 1999, before we successfully created and filled the first Network Administrator position at the BPD.
People just doing what was needed when needed. That was Frank.
He was a really nice guy and very involved in his community.
The Public Safety community thanks Frank. He will be missed.

I was lucky enough to know and work with Frank for a number of years while in the Vt. National Guard in Berlin. He was a person with a vast knowledge of the "workings' of the unit and as such a great mentor to many. The obit has it right "he lived life with no regrets. He certainly will be missed. R.I.P. friend....

I am very sorry to hear of Frank's passing. I spent many years working beside him in the 86th Brigade S-4 shop in Berlin before he retired from the VTARNG. They were good years and I learned a lot from him.
Nothing I can say will ease your pain. Hopefully, time will do that. My best wishes to you always.

I met Frank while assigned to the 86th Brigade. VT ARNG. None knew logistics better than him. He was a professional and took care of us all making sure we had what we needed. He always had smile for everyone. We shared many a conversation in the 4 Shop. I will always have some great memories of the time we served together. My deepest condolences to his family.
