My deepest condolences to the Irish family. Some of the happiest days of my life were spent living next door to Ike, Brenda and Austin in Fairfax. Ike made those days colorful-we never knew what shenanigans he might be up to-with the ever-patient Brenda just shaking her head with a wry grin. He was a true Vermont neighbor-always there when you were in need, but respecting the privacy of one’s home. He was larger than life and he will be missed. I hope he is target practicing with Bruce-wherever they are.
