Gary worked with me at the Farm Stand. He always arrived with that great “wave” when he drove in each morning. He was so much fun! He was always joking around. Though I knew he wasn’t feeling well some mornings last fall, he always said something to make me laugh. Gary will be greatly missed. He was a kind and gentle person. Rest In Peace Gary! I hope you enjoyed the chimes.

We are so sorry that our dear friend, Gary had gone through so much treatment for cancer and that it still took his life! Jeff & Gary worked together for many years, snowmobiled together and were close friends. To his wife Brenda, and his children, grandchildren, brother, sisters and friends, may you all hold onto your memories for ever. Love to all!

To the Jennings family,
We are sincerely sorry for your loss. It's never easy to lose a loved one under any circumstance. Please be assured that our Heavenly Father is aware of your pain and he is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). The bible promises us that there will be a resurrection (John 5:28, 29) and that God will bring an end to death once and for all (Revelation 21:4). We eagerly await the time when we will never have to feel the pangs of death again. We pray these words and scriptures are able to bring you some comfort.

I wanted to express my heartfelt condolences to all of Gary’s family. For right now, there’s no detour around grief, no shortcut through mourning. However, 2 Cor.4:7 says that God can give us, “... power beyond what is normal “, to go from one day to the next. This does not mean that we no longer cry or that we forget. It means we recover. We recover because of our hope. Jesus Christ talked about our hope in John 5:28 which says, “... all those in the memorial tomb will hear his voice and come out “. Jesus was referring to the resurrection. That is our amazing hope! The Bible likens our hope to an anchor. Just like an anchor stabilizes a ship, our hope stabilizes us and keeps us from drowning in overwhelming sadness. One way that God comforts us is by moving people who care about us to give us words of encouragement that we need to hear. May the God of comfort be your comfort now, during this time of sorrow.
