Obituary of Roger Lee Galley

Milton – Roger L. Galley, 61, died peacefully on Tuesday March 22, 2016 at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington with his loving family by his side. Roger was born on September 3, 1954 in Kennebunk, Maine, the son of Robert and Muriel (Williams) Galley. He was married to Debra Ann Damon who survives him. Roger worked in food services for many years. He had a great love for NASCAR, fishing and camping at Sebago Lake State Park. He also loved picnicking with his family and friends and taking Sunday afternoon road trips. In addition to Debra, Roger is survived by his children Robert Galley of Milton, Roger Galley Jr. of Georgia, Angela Maddocks and her husband Christopher of Harrison, Maine and Cherie Galley of Colchester. By his grandchildren Melana, Broc, Charles, Keegan and Dandre, and by his former daughter- in-law Mindy (Raymond) Galley of Fairfax, his sisters Violet Olivares and husband Bato and Evelyn Skillins, all of Texas City, TX, his brother Roy Galley of Norway, Maine, and several nieces and nephews. At Roger’s request, there will be no visiting hours or funeral service.
