Obituary of Bruce A. Bromley
Milton-Bruce A. Bromley, 69, of Milton died unexpectedly on April 15, 2016.
Bruce was born in Barton, Vermont on February 28, 1947, the son of the late Albert Bromley and Virginia Bowen.
Bruce was an active member of his church, Harvest Baptist Church in Milton. He
also enjoyed fishing, working on classic cars, and collecting “treasures” to resell.
Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially with his grandchildren, who he cherished.
Bruce leaves his wife, Becky, to whom he was married for 18 years; his two children and his step-daughter, all of whom he loved very much: Dawn Goodrich and her husband Terry, Craig Bromley, Amanda Mason and her husband Ty, and Dawn and Craig's mother, Becky Bushey.
Bruce was a beloved grandfather to: Justin Belden, Zachary Garvey and his partner Courtney Willard, Easton Garvey, Mariah Sears, Drew Sears, and Renly Mason.
Bruce is survived by his three sisters: Carol Perry and her husband Tony, Sheila Maccherone and her husband Tony, Sharon Kimball and her husband George; his mother in law, Flora Fairbanks, sisters in law: Laurie Vien and her husband Marc, Gail Dixon, Wendy St. Amour and her husband John; his brothers in law: Mike Fairbanks, and Ken Fairbanks and his wife Dori; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Besides his parents, Bruce was predeceased by his brother, Gerald “Buster” Bowen, his step-mother, Loretta Bromley, his father in law, Raeburn Fairbanks, and his brother in law, David Dixon.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 5 to 7 pm in the Minor Funeral Home, Route 7 in Milton. A memorial service will be held at 7 pm with Pastor Randy Boardman officiating.
