Obituary of Frank Joseph Root
Milton,
Frank Joseph Root, 74 of Milton, passed away Monday, May 1, 2017 in the Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center in Burlington where he had resided for the past several years.
Frank was born April 14, 1943 in Chicopee, Mass. the son of the late Earl Leslie and Ina Mae Russin Root.
He loved to listen to the different musical groups that visited the Rehab Center as well as the Church services that he attended. He enjoyed giving out his snacks, teasing some people while smiling and winking at others. He will be missed.
Frank is survived by his sisters; Dorothy Elliot and husband Paul of Barton, Sandra MacArthur and husband, Tom of Essex Center. His brothers; Paul Root of St. Albans and William Root of Manchester, NH; His niece, Tammy Poquette; his nephew, Brian Poquette and his great niece, Shelby Poquette, all of Fairfax as well as many others. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his older brother, Robert Earl Root.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, May 5, 2017 from 11 am to 1 pm with a funeral service held at 1 pm in the Minor Funeral Home in Milton. Burial will follow in the Underhill Flats Cemetery in Underhill.
