Obituary of Ella Marie Brown

Milton -Ella Marie Brown, 87, died peacefully on Monday February 27, 2017 at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington with her loving family by her side. Ella was born on November 22, 1929 in Colchester, the daughter of Walter and Matilda (Sochia) Hendee. She was a homemaker for most of her life and loved her flower garden and knitting. The last few years at Birchwood Terrace, Ella considered herself a Bingo Queen. She is survived by her daughters Diane Brown of St. Albans, Tammy Brown of Milton and her son Kevin Brown and his wife Brenda of Highgate. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Clyde and son Jeff Brown in 1975 and her step granddaughter. Friends may call on the family from 9-10am Thursday morning March 2, 2017 in the Minor Funeral Home in Milton. A Graveside service will follow in St. Ann’s Cemetery at 10:30 am.
